Call Before You Fire

The Call Before You Fire service is available to all Pool Members with Errors and Omissions Liability Coverage. A Member that is considering disciplinary action against or termination of an employee should first contact the Pool’s Legal Department at 512-491-2300. A Pool attorney can provide information related to pitfalls, such as discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, workers’ compensation retaliation, and more.
