Ready initiative. The acronym stands for Recognize the Hazards; Observe People, Processes, and Equipment; Assess the Risk Level; and Determine the Safest Course of Action. The initiative is simple, but important. Working near or on roadways – while necessary – is extremely dangerous, and the Pool wants to help keep employees safe while doing so.
